Authentication All products undergo sample confirmation (testing) at the North-Western State Inspection of Assay Supervision. A state assay stamp is applied to each gold and platinum product. Silver products are tested and branded with the state assay stamp on a voluntary basis. The absence of a sample on such products is not a violation. Each gold and platinum product has a UIN (unique identification number) in the form of a QR code, which is also included on the tag. You can use this number to check the product history on the website of the Federal Assay Chamber of the Russian Federation. The characteristics of the precious stones are confirmed by a proprietary certificate of authenticity. Warranty obligations The warranty covers all manufacturing defects of the jewelry you purchased within 6 months from the date of receipt of the order (Article 18 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Protection"). The warranty does not apply to cases of damage caused as a result of improper handling of jewelry, as well as to cases of defects resulting from the intervention of third parties who are not specialists of Mikhailov Workshops LLC.
