Imperial ring

The solemn imperial ring is dedicated to the celebration of the 400th anniversary of the House of Romanov, which dates back to the accession of Mikhail Fedorovich Romanov to the Moscow throne in 1613. The beginning of the new ruling dynasty is reflected by the main symbols of power: against the background of the royal mantle, the Coat of arms is a crowned double–headed eagle, symbolizing supreme power and independence; the Monomakh hat is a sign of earthly greatness; the Scepter is the biblical symbol of the pastoral staff and the Power of the Russian kingdom is a symbol of sovereignty.
